Frequently asked questions

1. Click the ‘Rent me’ link next to the item you’d like to rent.
2. Make sure you’ve included your rental period, size, delivery address and preferred delivery time.
3. Once we’ve confirmed your item’s availability, you can pay via credit or debit card (no cash on delivery).
4. Your Naz order will arrive as scheduled.
5. Try your item(s) on and let us know if there are any size or damage problems as soon as possible.
6. Wear and enjoy your item for your rental period.
7. When it’s time to return it, pack your item back into the reusable garment bag it arrived in and follow the instructions provided.
8. We handle the dry-cleaning for you.
All Naz rentals are for either 4 days, 8 days or 4 weeks. There is no limit to the duration or number of items you can rent, as long as the items are available.
Upon checkout, this guarantees reservation for you. We urge you to plan your social calendar earlier to guarantee availability.
4-day rentals:
You can keep each item for 4 days. For example, if you have reserved an item for 11 May, you will receive your package on 11 May before 1pm- and we will schedule the return pick-up for 14 May. If you decide to keep an item for longer, please contact us. If it is available, we will reschedule the return pick-up date AND give you a 25% discount on every 4 day extension period.
8-day rentals
You can keep each item for 8 days. For example, if you have reserved an item for 11 May, you will receive your package on 11 May - and we will schedule the return pick-up for 19 May after 3pm. If you would like to keep an item for longer than 8 days, please contact us. If it is available, we will reschedule the return pick-up date AND give you a 25% discount on every 8 day extension period.
4-week rentals:
You can keep each item for 4 weeks and multiples of that same period. For example, if you have reserved an item for 11 May, you will receive your package on 11 May - and we will schedule the return pick-up for 8 June. If you would like to keep an item for longer than 4 weeks, please contact us. If it is available, we will reschedule the return pick-up date AND give you a 25% discount on every 4 week extension period.
Book an appointment on Play DressUp and come in!
Simply pack your item into the reusable garment bag it arrived in and follow the return instructions provided. If you think you want to swap it with something but not sure what, make an appointment and pop in for an in-person swap... but please let us know.
No, there’s no need to arrange any cleaning - we’ll handle all of that for you. We use specialist cleaners that guarantee high hygiene and cleanliness standards.

Please let us know! If it is available for purchase, we will give you a code to apply when purchasing online. this way you buy it for the retail price less what you’ve already paid in rental fees.
